Shipping Method

 

Australia

 

Your item will be shipped Express by Australia Post, which is included in the price. Sarah's studio is located in a regional area. Parcels sent before 10 am usually ship overnight to most of NSW and the ACT.  2- 5 days everywhere else.

Please email me if you prefer insurance at an extra charge. I will notify you via email once work has been dispatched and provide a tracking number.

 

International Shipping

 

Is available by regular airmail. Please contact me if you would like an item to be internationally registered (insured) at an extra charge.

 

 

Packaging

 

Each piece of Jewellery is packaged in a gift box, which will be protected in paper bubble wrap and included in the price.

 

 

Care of Jewellery

 

Please be aware that these pieces are handmade items that should be worn with care. Sterling Silver and wood wears beautifully; each scratch adds character to your piece.

 

However, it is natural that with time and wear, the metal will tarnish, scratch, and the wood may change shades. To protect the piece, avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, detergents, cosmetics and with wood, especially water.

 

 

Finishes

 

Polished silver can easily be cleaned using a polishing cloth available at supermarkets.

 

Brushed Finishes can be brightened to original silver shade using a scotch brite by lightly sanding across ways.

Blackened silver is an oxidisation on the surface of the silver. This will wear over time, which creates a unique look. If you would like to reapply, please get in touch.

 

Wood especially needs care with rings. It can be polished with any beeswax or wood polish to keep out moisture and also brighten the wood.

 

 

Repairs/Exchange

 

Most pieces are made to order. They are individually unique and of the best quality. Therefore, each item will be packaged with extra care. If the item is damaged during transit, please contact me within two days of delivery to organise repair or replacement. Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund for a change of mind, but happy to discuss an exchange. If your item is faulty due to craftsmanship, I will repair/exchange the item and pay for any extra postage.

 

 

Ring Sizes

 

All rings are in standard Australian/UK/NZ sizes.

All rings are made to order. If the size you prefer isn’t available please contact me as I'm happy to make to your size. Due to being in regional area rings can take 1 - 3 weeks depending on postage. Please contact me if it is urgent.
